By accessing our website, registering for a program, or purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Recorded Masterclass

TheStartup may offer a recorded Masterclass for ₹49, subject to the applicable price and offer displayed at the time of purchase.

The Masterclass is an educational product focused on concepts and frameworks related to monetizing existing expertise and building a business around knowledge, skills, and experience.

Topics may include areas such as:

• Identifying opportunities related to your expertise
• Choosing and evaluating a niche
• Positioning

4. Access to the Recorded Masterclass

After a successful purchase, eligible customers will receive access to the recorded Masterclass according to the delivery method communicated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential, where applicable
• Having a suitable internet connection and compatible device
• Not sharing your personal access credentials with another person

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Share your access credentials
• Upload our content to another platform
• Record or reproduce live sessions for redistribution

6. Separate Live Mentorship Program

TheStartup may offer a separate live mentorship program priced at ₹35,000, subject to the applicable offer, eligibility requirements, pricing, and terms displayed at the time of enrollment.

The live mentorship is a separate product from the ₹49 recorded Masterclass.

Purchasing the recorded Masterclass does not automatically purchase, guarantee, or enroll you into the live mentorship program.

If you choose to purchase the live mentorship program, the applicable details and terms will be presented separately before you complete that purchase.

7. Educational Nature of Our Programs

Our Masterclass and mentorship programs are educational in nature.

We provide information, frameworks, examples, guidance, and educational resources based on the subject matter covered by the relevant program.

Participation in a program does not guarantee that you will achieve any particular business, financial, marketing, sales, customer, revenue, profit, or other result.

9. Pricing and Payments

The applicable price of a product or service will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Our recorded Masterclass may be offered at ₹49, while our separate live mentorship program may be offered at ₹35,000, subject to the applicable offer and pricing displayed at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Prices may change from time to time.

Any applicable taxes, payment-processing charges, discounts, promotional pricing, or other charges will be communicated where applicable before purchase.

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete a transaction.

10. Refunds and Cancellations
